Simon joined McKinley Research Group in 2022 with a background in commercial fisheries. In his time at McKinley Research Group, Simon has assisted with mariculture feasibility studies, seafood market profiles, supply chain assessments for key seafood products across Alaska, and infrastructure analyses for potential mariculture processing plants. With seven years of commercial fisheries experience and knowledge of the Southeast mariculture industry, Simon offers insight into current marketing practices and the necessary infrastructure development required for successful operations of mariculture facilities. Simon holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Gonzaga University with a concentration in marketing.
