Jenna is dedicated to helping Alaska’s communities and businesses thrive. She has 20 years of experience providing a broad range of research-based consulting services. She enjoys working collaboratively with clients to identify custom solutions that meet their needs, partnering closely with them to understand their challenges, opportunities, and goals. Jenna has experience in strategic planning initiatives, feasibility and business planning, program evaluation and operations improvements for clients in for-profit, non-profit, higher education, Tribal, and state and municipal government sectors.
Before returning to Alaska in 2019, Jenna was Chief Performance Analyst for the City of Chicago Office of Budget and Management. In this role, she was the lead project manager responsible for evaluating the efficiency of operations and developing recommendations for program and process improvements for City departments.
Jenna has a Master in Business Administration with concentrations in Economics and Managerial and Organizational Behavior from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Sociology from Texas State University.
Jenna lives in Juneau and enjoys outdoor photography and painting.
