
Amelia Budd
Consultant
Amelia joined McKinley Research Group in 2021, bringing almost twenty years of professional experience in education, workforce development, and behavioral health. She has also provided editing and technical writing services for individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations.
Amelia is a nearly lifelong Alaskan and a graduate of Mt. Edgecumbe High School in Sitka. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Southern Oregon University and a Master of Arts in Teaching with a focus on Secondary Education, completed at the University of Alaska Southeast.
Amelia contributes to a variety of McKinley Research projects, including program evaluation, municipal economic development planning, and community needs assessments. She enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders, including Tribal organizations, educational institutions, and businesses, as well as conducting research and analysis related to health and education topics and participating in interview and survey projects.
