Rachael specializes in enhancing tribal health and education, with expertise in revenue cycle operations, process redesign, program evaluation, and data analytics.
Prior to joining McDowell Group, Rachael worked at SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium as the Senior Patient Access Manager. She has experience optimizing revenue cycle operations to support enhanced financial performance and operational alignment. Rachael also has knowledge writing, reviewing, and implementing federal grants with Sealaska Heritage Institute.
Rachael holds a Master of Public Health and Master of Public Administration from Columbia University. She is a Gates Millennium Scholar with an undergraduate degree from Carroll College in Political Science and Communications. She enjoys hiking with her husband and golden retriever Sunny.
