Paul joined McDowell Group in 2018, specializing in socioeconomic and economic research. His familiarity with Alaska’s unique social and economic landscape was enhanced through his recent employment with the State of Alaska.
Paul maintained the Alaska Community Database for the Department of Commerce, Community and Economic Development. At the Department of Revenue, Paul forecasted the state’s non-petroleum revenue sources and analyzed the revenue implications of legislation, legal settlements, and other topics. He contributed to several publications including the Alaska Fuel Price Report and the Alaska Revenue Sources Book.
Paul holds an undergraduate degree from the Unversity of Utah in Economics, graduating summa cum laude and completing interships in international finance and consumer banking.
